This tea is an exception in our portfolio because it is naturally flavored. Still, this oolong is a real treat.
The taste is extremely creamy to milky and extremely smooth. This oolong never gets bitter.
A game for the senses
We recommend preparing this tea in a glass jug or at least serving it in a glass. So you can first look at the preparation and watch how the crumpled, large tea leaves unfold and unfold
triple in volume.
Then you can see very well how the tea colors the water gently green. A nice game that you shouldn't miss out on. You can maximize the enjoyment of this tea this way because it is not limited to taste alone.
Preparation of the Milky Oolong
You can put this tea in a medium to large teapot or the western way
the traditional way in a gaiwan prepare.
- You can make this tea in a gaiwan Pour 2-3 times and each time get an interesting taste with different nuances. We recommend an amount of tea for this about 3 teaspoons and water with one Temperature of approx. 90 ° C. The tea should steep for about 30s to 1 minute.
- In a large teapot (400 ml - 900 ml) you should use a little more tea and Brewing time to 3-4 minutes extend. Prepared this way you get about 2 good infusions.
