Golden Eyebrows (Jin Jun Mei)

Harvest: 04.2020

Golden Eyebrows is one of the most expensive types of tea in the world. It originally comes from Tong Mu Guan in the Wu Yi Mountains and contains about 30% of the golden leaves, which give the name but the quantity is not a measure of the quality.

The tea consists of the smallest young shoots and tips of early spring. As mentioned, the traditional Jin Jun Mei has fewer golden tips and more black young shoots. The coloring results from the processing and oxidation of the tea. This Jin Jun Mei has many delicate dark buds, which is why the name “Golden Eyebrows Jin Jun Mei” fits the traditional style Perfect.

The smell the golden eyebrows is like a mix of chocolate, caramel and rose petals.

The taste is chocolatey, creamy, sweet like a mixture of cocoacooked lychee and creme brulee. The tea has one middlethick and syrupy consistency, very moisturizing and pleasant.

After you've drunk, the sweet aftertaste lingers on your tongue and in your mouth for a long time. When you breathe out you can be strong rosy aroma feel in your breath.

You can brew this tea at least five times (Gongfu style) before the fruity smell and taste begins to fade.

A great alternative to desserts

This tea is roasted so that it has a very warm and toasty nature to it roasted toffy remind. It can also because of its fruity taste and its syrupy consistency a great alternative to desserts and is very suitable to satisfy your desire for sweets. If you want to get rid of your insatiable desire for sweets, drink this tea! You will feel better and healthier afterwards.
