Golden Monkey is a floral black tea from Sichuan that reminds us of a combination of Golden Eyebrows (Jin Jun Mei) and Qimen Maofeng, a little cocoa, a little fruity and a little rosy notes. It is a good everyday tea, but with notes of exclusive black teas from eastern China. Whether brewed simply and quickly in a bowl, a cup or in the elaborate Gongfucha style, this tea offers a pleasant aroma and taste without bitterness.
The tea is organic and free of pesticides (test report available upon request).
