preparation
We recommend preparing it in a Kyusu pot with approx. 150-200 ml.
1. Heat the pot with hot water and then pour it out again.
2. Put about 5 g of tea leaves into the Kyusu and put the lid on.
3. Smell the aroma of the warmed leaves.
4. Pour about 60°C hot water into the Kyusu and put the lid on.
5. Let the tea steep for about 20 seconds. Then pour the tea into cups and enjoy this special Shincha.
You can brew this tea about 4 times.
