A soft and pleasant Sheng Pu Erh tea from Ming Feng Shan, a high mountain (2100 m above sea level) in Yunnan, which is not that famous, but produces both good Pu-Erh tea and white tea. It is the same terroir on which our Gushu White 2021 was produced. The bird on the packaging is the symbol of Ming Feng Shan (Ming Feng Mountain).
Ming Feng Shan is currently not a much-visited mountain. The tea of this remote mountain is very pure and available at affordable prices.
Aroma of the dry leaves: fruity like dried apricot and mineral
Moist leaves aroma: fruity, herbaceous and earthy like forest after rain
Taste: subtly sweet, fruity, mineral, sometimes a trace of green jasmine tea can be found in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: silky, thin-medium, with very little astringency
