Lapsang Souchong is a classic Tea specialty from China. Its memorable smoke aroma is really special.

preparation
- on 1 liter of water should about 3 teaspoons of Lapsang tea can be used so that it can develop a strong aroma in a short time.
- The smoke tea should be brewed with 100 °C boiling water.
- We recommend about brewing time 5 minutes.
Several infusions are possible, but after one infusion the taste becomes significantly weaker.
