Camellia flowers from ancient tea trees, hand-picked and air-dried, without further processing, pure without agrochemicals.
These tea flowers are picked from the tea garden of the ancient tree Ming Feng Shan in southwest Yunnan. The height of the tea garden is 2100 m. The tea trees are hundreds of years old. The tea flower blooms in winter in China. It has a pure white color and a fascinating scent.
The farmers pick the tea flowers and dry them naturally in the sun. The dried tea flower has a fascinating, sweet, floral scent of camellia and a mild taste! (The tea flowers from old, large tea trees are of much better quality than those from ordinary garden tea).
Personally, I have found that this tea blossom tea helps cool down body heat, moistens the internal body and soothes coughs.
The tea tree flowers contain no caffeine, perfect for evening relaxation. The taste of the tea is light, with subtle florality, honey sweetness and medicinal aroma. The medium-thick texture of the tea is reminiscent of a light and warm honey water.

Tee aus Pu-Erh-Blüten bekommt man ja wirklich nicht in jedem Teeladen, umso mehr habe ich mich auf meine erste Tasse gefreut. Selten erlebt man als Erwachsener einen vollkommen neuen Geschmack, den man in der Form noch nie erlebt hat, aber bei diesem Tee ist das der Fall. Am ehesten erinntert er an Trockenpfirsiche, aber ganz beschreibt es den süßlich-milden Tee nicht. Ein sehr leckerer und weicher Tee, den man zu jeder Tageszeit, aber vor allem am Abend gut trinken kann.
Ich hatte den Tee bestellt, weil ich dachte es ist Osmanthustee. Gekommen sind Puh Er Blüten, obwohl im Titel und in der Beschreibung von Osmanthus die Rede ist. Nur ganz unten in den Deteils steht dann Puh Er Blüten. Der Tee schmeckt gut, aber es gibt 2 Sterne Abzug weil ich anderen Tee wollte.
Heute habe ich mich an die Zubereitung der Pu Erh Teeblüten gemacht.
Zu allererst die Mengenangaben auf der Packung passen aus meiner Sicht sehr gut.
Die Zubereitung ist einfach und während der Zubereitung wird man mit einem hypnotischen herabsinken der Teeblüten unterhalten, das ist wie damals bei den Lava Lampen😏 da vergehen die 5 min wir im Flug.
Der Tee selbst ist mild südlich und erinnert an frühlingsweise mit blühenden Apfelbäumen.
